Thinking of a Spa for your skin? Use Dead sea mud indeed. I shall explain how in this post.
Introduction:
Dead Sea Mineral Mud is a natural element. It is found in the Dead Sea, a small body of water between Jordan’s Rift Valley between Israel and Jordan to the West. The Dead Sea is also called the Sea of Salt, Stinking Sea, Sea of Sodom and Gomorrah from the Bible, the Devil’s Sea, and Lake Asphaltites. This Dead Sea is full of minerals. Dead Sea Mud therefore is called Dead Sea Mineral Mud. This mud has other names as well. Some also call it Brine Mud or Silt.
Remember we said that the Dead Sea is full of minerals? These minerals are magnesium, calcium, potassium, and iron. “Mud” is a term used to loosely explain water mixed with minerals, soils, silts, or clays.
Dead Sea Mud relieves various symptoms of skin, musculoskeletal ailments and also used as therapeutic for pain relief and skin care. It also has hydrating, beautifying, purgative and relieving properties.
Mud will help to remove dead skin cells, dirt, oil, and other impurities. It helps to make skin look cleaner, brighter, and less porous. Also improve blood circulation and stimulate skin cells.
How does it benefit your skin?
A layer of Dead Sea Mud on the skin improves softness. It also prevents the body from losing moisture, and increases internal moisture levels.
The Mud mask is a good exfoliator. As the mud tightens your skin, it absorbs toxins, dirt, dead skin cells, and excess oils. Washing away the mud removes impurities, and unclog pores. This results in healthier and radiant skin. You can also feel extremely soft and clean as your skin goes through this cleaning process. No wonder we call it the spa.
As the mud removes impurities, it also fills your skin with nourishing minerals that help keep it soft and hydrated. It restores skin, improves texture and tone and gives you a healthy glow.
Due to its high mineral content, Dead Sea Mud has its skin healing powers. It also has moisturising and rehydrating properties. These help in preventing and treating acne. Dead Sea mud nourishes skin and helps to relieve the symptoms of dry skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema. The mud also helps to restore moisture soothing dry, rough, and irritated skin as well. The best way to do it is in combination with a body butter and you should try out the Go Eco Love Rose Shea Butter and Go Eco Love Mud Face Mask to achieve a good effect.
